Sweet Swiich needs a safe loving home - I happened upon this dog a few days ago, he was dragged by his owner's truck!

A very sad sad story. On Friday I happened upon this cute doggy that was dragged by his owner. His leach choking him, he tried to run to keep up with the truck, but he could not! We're not sure if it was on purpose. She said she was on her way to the pound because she couldn't afford him. He was being strangled by his leach, notice his eyes bleeding in the first photo.
