Don't forget to VOTE Tomorrow!!! It's the BIG DAY! YES on Prop 2, No on prop 8!

If you live in California—or even if you don't!—you've probably heard all about Prop 2, the Prevention of Farm Animal Cruelty Act. Prop 2 concerns a law that would take effect in 2015 to eliminate veal crates, gestation crates, and battery cages in California. In other words, calves, sows, and hens would finally be given enough space to simply turn around, lie down, and stretch their limbs.

I find it VERY sad that this even has to be considered, what is wrong with people? Um, yeah, it would be lovely if the poor animals could turn around, stretch and move their limbs. WTF? I read this in my booklet and was almost weeping.

Nobody has the right to tell people who they can or can not love and marry!!! We only have one life to live and anyone's lucky IF they do find love while being on this plane. Even if that person so happens to be of the same sex. Right now, I'm in love w/ my frog! haha. But seriously people.

My First rain in my new city by the Sea...

and I love it.

The day before last I did my Indian rain chant, burning Sage,
desperate for it to rain.
Ok- so it was off by 2 days, but better late then never.

I have all the windows open in my home, listening to the rain and all it's little secrets and history.

I wrote a poem few days back and one line reads "I wonder when the first rain will come?" ...
I guess the clouds answered that question. Today.

*rain your kisses down upon me,
rain your kisses down in storms.*

Whenever it rains you think of her

...and I finally felt up to unpacking Today...
98% of it anyhow.

You're my little goat...

This is too sweet. I'm in Best Buy right now, on one of their big apple's I'm planning on getting. Next to me the cool apple guy, my personal DJ just so happens to have his personal ipod with him today. He was playing Depeche Mode and old 80's music and just for the hell of it I looked over at him and asked him "do you happen to have any Tori Amos on that?" He said he didn't know. He took a looky and there he had just one song...he didn't know who she was...   Soooo, I said "I wonder what song it is?" Then I hear the first line "go to bed the priests are dead" and I get a big smile on my face, and I said "hey, and it's her birthday today" yeah hurrrah. And he blasts it throughout the intire store. So, we're on our 20 and 22 inch imac's listening to Merman on T.'s birthday. Nice. really nice.

He then Wikpedia's Tori and said "yeah, you're right it is her birthday today"... my reply "of course I'm right". :O)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TORI, we've come a long way...

This day once was black and bleak, but that since changed when you came along.
Thank You.  For a lot of things...

I know you want my Queen

Anything but this
Can you use me instead?

Flaxen hair blowing in the breeze
It is time for the geese to head south
I have come with my mustard seed
I cannot accept that she will be taken from me

"Do you know who I am" she said
"I'm the one who taps you on the shoulder when it's your time
Don't be afraid I promise that she will awake
Tomorrow somewhere
Tomorrow somewhere"

Wrap yourself around
The tree of life and the dance of the infinity
Of the hive
Take this message to Michael

I will comb myself into chains
In between the tap dance clan
And your ballerina gang
I have come for the beekeeper
I know you want my
You want my queen
Anything but this
Can you use me instead?

In your gown with your breathing mask
Plugged into a heart machine
As if you ever needed one
I must see the beekeeper I must see if she'll keep her alive
Call Engine 49 I have come with my mustard seed

Maybe I'm passing you by
Just passing you by girl
I'm passing you by
On my way
On my way
I'm just passing you by
But don't be confused
One day I'll be coming for you...
I must see the beekeeper
I must see the beekeeper

It's ALL about MY GIRLS today...Fiona, Tori, Regina and HAPPY 50Th BIRTHDAY KATE BUSH!

Yeah you heard right, 50th Birthday!! My how time flies. Let's use this day to reflect back on the first time you found Kate and her music and what a profound impact she made in your little world! Awwwe, Kate WE LOVE YOU and all your wonderful gifts you bring us!

I been listening to Fiona, Tori's (honey and older songs), Regina's jazzy songs and Kate my love. 'Cloudbusting'... and 'This woman's work' NEVER fails to make me cry. YOU KNOW when that happens, it's a good song! :O)

You know you wanna fucking watch it!

P.s. - This has nothing to do with this blog, BUT I been meaning to tell you that Christopher called me (yeah, you know the one from Ohio that's been missing in action since 'Scarlet's Walk', the one we all know and love) He told me to tell you all "Hi" by the way. :O) xo

Ohhhhhh, These Little Earthquakes...here we go again.

I was rocking and a rollin' this morning.

vultures in my garden, figures that I know them

I'm so sick of dealing with these Cornflake Girl bitches, talk about Flakey.

Guess I'm way beyond "Over it".
